Bible PicStatement of Faith

  1. We Believe in One True and living God, and that there are three Persons existing in the Godhead – the Father, the Son and Holy Ghost.
  2. We Believe in baptizing; Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father Son, and Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19) And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, & began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance. (Acts 2:4)
  3. We Believe that Jesus is the only begotten Son of the Father, and he was conceived of the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, crucified, buried, resurrected from the dead, ascended into heaven and now is at God the Father’s right hand as man’s Intercessor. (Matthew 1:20-25) (Acts 2:33)
  4. We Believe that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. (Romans 10:9-10 )
  5. We Believe that all have sinned and come short of the Glory; that’s why God so loved the word that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth on him should not perish but have everlasting life. (Romans 3:23) (John 3:16).
  6. We Believe that holiness is God’s standard of living for His people; and that there is eternal life for the righteous and everlasting punishment for the wicked. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord. (Hebrews 12:14)
  7. We Believe in the observance of the Lord’s Supper, “communion” and feet washing. (Mark 14:22) (John 13:14)
  8. We Believe in tithing and free will giving to be the scriptural means of supporting God’s ministry today. (Malachi 3:8-10)
